How do I know if I’m eligible for a replacement?
If you’ve purchased Sandiva Tinted Sunscreen / Sandiva SPF Powder from our website and the shade doesn’t suit you, you’re eligible! Just fill out our quick replacement form/email us within 10 days of delivery.
Do I need to return my first product?
No returns needed. We understand that shades can be tricky and we trust you to be fair.
How long does it take to receive my new shade?
Once your replacement request is approved, we’ll ship your new shade within 7 working days to the address provided in your order ID.
What if my second shade still doesn’t match?
Our Perfect Match Promise covers one free replacement per product. If you’d like extra help finding your tone, our team can guide you through WhatsApp or email.
Can I use this offer on both SPF Powder and Tinted Sunscreens?
No. You can use the offer on any one product range, as both ranges have similar tint shades. If you know your perfect match for one product range, the same shade will suit you in the other range.
